Overlays Paving
There’s a great need to maintain and preserve your pavement.
Overlays can provide noise reduction, acts as moisture barrier, reduction in overall life cost, reduce pavement distresses, maintain surface structure, and greatly extend the pavement’s life.
Overlay is a new pavement layer (generally 1.5″ – 2″ thick) placed over the top of an existing pavement surface. Asphalt overlay is an effective solution to asphalt pavement surface deterioration. If you have minor to medium cracks, fissures or potholes asphalt overlay could be a solution.
While not as long-lasting as full removal and replacement it is a viable alternative. The deciding factor is usually the preparation time vs the cost of removal.
